Meet Nancy Thome

Nancy Thome graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia and University of Wisconsin Law School. She has spent her entire legal career in Sauk County, where she worked for two law firms (she was the only female attorney at both) before opening her own office. Nancy began her legal career as a general practitioner, representing clients in a variety of matters such as bankruptcy, business, criminal, estate planning, family, probate, and real estate.  It is this broad range of knowledge and experience that makes her particularly well-suited to Circuit Court, where judges hear every type of case that is filed. Nancy has demonstrated, both as a young journalist, and as a two-term member of the Baraboo School Board, that she is capable of bringing an objective, unbiased approach, putting fairness first. As your judge, she will apply the law correctly, fairly, and impartially.
